Prepare the following resources to level Arlecchino to 80 or 90. I recommend pushing characters coming off of Elemental Mastery to 90 and taking the time to slowly level up other characters.
You must collect 420,000 Mora and the following materials to fully ascend Arlecchino to Ascension Level Six.
