You will need Hero's Wit (or the equivalent in lower level materials) and Mora to level Emilie up to level 80 or 90.
Collect 420,000 Mora and the following materials to fully ascend Emilie to Ascension Level Six. I recommend doing this to maximize her potential.
Emilie's local specialties are Lakelight Lilies, which are easy to farm in the areas around the waters of Loch Urania and the Weeping Willow of the Lake. On the other hand, her boss material is the Fragment of a Golden Melody.
