The service sources its money from major retailers like Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Target, as well as more niche and local stores.

Once you select an item, you’ll see a description and a list of retailers that have that item in stock and how much it costs, so you can select the one with the best deal. You can also create an account and save items to a wishlist.

Spoken also has a Chrome browser extension that will alert you when there’s a better deal on the item you’re currently viewing. If Spoken can find the item, the extension’s logo will appear in the toolbar with a badge showing how many stores have it in stock, and you can click through to see price comparisons.
