Thanks to a new update, Android users can now respond to their emails even faster. Now, when you open an email, you’ll see a new “Reply” option that lets you type and send your response without having to open a new screen. Of course, if you want to compose a longer response, you can still tap the Expand option to access additional formatting options.
Previously, when you opened an email, you had the option to "Reply," "Reply All," or "Forward." Tapping on one of these options would open a new reply screen where you could compose your message. Now, you won't be taken to the full screen unless you tap the expand button.
The feature is rolling out to Android users, with iOS devices getting the same via an update later this year.
