Google has expanded its Assistant and Nest Hub services to Legoland hotels and resorts, allowing visitors to manage their vacation hands-free.
EVERYTHING you can do with Google Nest Hub
Google Nest Hub and Google Assistant offer voice-activated assistance to hotel guests in the US and UK. Now, Google is expanding the hands-free hospitality service to Legoland hotels in California and New York. Convenience and safety are the two most important factors in this matchup. Google wants visitors and their families to have fun while feeling safer in a public resort like Legoland.
While you can look up nearby restaurants or park hours from just about any device, Google Assistant does offer some exclusive features. You can contact the hotel directly using voice commands to request room service, fresh towels, or check out without waiting in line or picking up the phone. You can create a YouTube tour of the park in advance to plan the best routes to take during your visit. There’s even an option to talk to Legoland characters in the hub to learn more about the park or set a personal alarm.
Google also assures users that privacy is a priority, as Google Assistant doesn’t require sign-in or linking to your user account. The device doesn’t store audio, and all activity logs are automatically deleted when it’s reset for the next guest.
