Finding a website you know you’ve visited before can be a real challenge. It’s even harder to retrace your steps if you can’t remember the name of the website or the exact time you visited it. Luckily, a new Chrome feature makes searching through your browsing history a whole lot easier.
How to Update Google Chrome: Are You Using the Latest Version?
In a recent blog post, Google announced a number of new AI features, including a new way to search through your browsing history and find that website you forgot you visited.
With the new history search feature, you don’t have to scroll through your entire history to find that one website. All you have to do is open your history (press Ctrl+H) and type in what you remember about the website. It might be something like “What was that ice cream shop I was looking at last week?” Chrome will then show you all the relevant pages from your history related to your search.
Being able to search your browsing history using natural, everyday language can help you find websites faster and save you a lot of time.
