In an unexpected move, Google has released two short videos previewing the Google Pixel 9 Pro and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
Google Pixel 9/Pro/Fold impressions: is it finally here?
Some media outlets speculated that the move was made to get ahead of leakers, but whatever the reason, the videos reveal the new form factor of both phones, though there are no details related to them. The videos were released a few hours apart, but they do look very similar.
In the Pixel 9 Pro video, you can see the top two-thirds of the phone's display, and the same portion of the back of the phone, where the camera is. It appears as if there are three camera lenses packed into that oblong bump.
In the video about the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, you see the same view, but the real difference isn't just that the screen flips open, but that there also appears to be two stacked, elongated camera bumps on the back and that there are four lenses in total.
