In Gray Zone Warfare, you have to watch out for more than just enemies and low ammo. You also have to manage your hydration, energy, and blood levels to avoid debilitating effects.
Gray Zone Warfare: Ultimate Beginner's Guide, Tips & Tricks!
Hydration can be maintained with water or soft drinks found among enemy NPCs. Energy is the equivalent of a hunger level and can be increased with rations or any other food. Blood, the closest thing to health points in GZW, will regenerate naturally as long as hydration and energy are not low, but you will need bandages or gauze to stop blood loss.
There is a very simple way to get your hydration, health, and blood back to 100 percent without using any items in Gray Zone Warfare.
To fully restore hydration, health, and blood in Gray Zone Warfare, all you need to do is safely end the deployment once you’ve returned to your base camp. This is essentially the same as leaving the game and logging back in, except it takes a little time, costs nothing, and fully regenerates your hydration, health, and blood levels to 100 percent. It also removes any effects related to low levels, such as Hurt or Dizzy. It’s unclear, however, whether it will fix effects that require a surgical kit, such as Nausea or Cough.
