After you returned the blood sample you gave Lab Rab to Fort Narith in Gray Zone Warfare, they have another request from you. They need you to gather more data about your sample, so you need to find Fort Narith's medical records in Unncany Files.

Fort Narith may have become a regular haunt for you at this point, as many of the vendors in Gray Zone Warfare have various tasks for you to complete in this area, meaning you’ll have to fight your way through multiple guards to find specific pieces of information. They’re scattered throughout Fort Narith, and the medical records are a precious item that Lab Rat needs.

You need to find the medical records on the north side of Fort Narith, south of the Barracks. You can choose multiple routes to reach this point, but I recommend asking to arrive at Landing Zone Delta 3 and then heading west. This is probably a safer route, as it allows you to go through the center of the base. Expect multiple NPCs to prevent you from entering this Gray Zone Warfare military base.

If you've visited Fort Narith multiple times and worked on missions like Evacuation Question or Jets'n'marks, then the type of NPCs you'll be fighting shouldn't surprise you. They have powerful assault rifles and heavy armor, making them difficult to overpower in a fight. The best way to deal with this is to attack them from a distance, aiming for their head, neck, arms, or legs, as these have the least armor. You'll also want to make sure your weapon has a suppressor and a scope to prevent other NPCs from detecting you if this happens.
