Keepsakes grant Zagreus a combat buff for the duration of his escape attempt. The Keepsake acts as a perk at the beginning and is selected by interacting with the display case in the practice arena.

You can only equip one Keepsake at a time. You must purchase the Keepsake Collection from the House Contractor to swap your Keepsake mid-run. This will only allow you to swap your equipped Keepsake for another one after defeating a boss.
