Salvation’s Edge may not be the end of The Final Shape’s campaign, but it will continue key plot points from several missions throughout the story. This is also the first post-launch raid for Prismatic, so Guardians can dive in with the new subclass from day one.
Final Shape's raid had the longest race to the world first, beating Last Wish by a few minutes. It was one of the most grueling experiences for raiders in the first 48 hours, and perhaps the most unforgiving yet.
After the competitive mode ended, the only thing left in Salvation's Edge was the special quality as an integral part of the story that is the culmination of 10 years of storytelling. Well, that and the promise of good loot.
