In a seemingly generous move, Microsoft is giving everyone free access to the GPT-4 Turbo model for Copilot. This feature is said to no longer be reserved for Copilot Pro subscribers only. However, GPT-4 Turbo isn’t enabled by default. Here’s how to use GPT-4 for free on Windows and take full advantage of the more advanced AI model.
How to use GPT 4 Free (without ChatGPT Plus)
Microsoft's Mikhail Parakhin announced on X (formerly Twitter) the availability of GPT-4 Turbo, which now replaces GPT-4 in the free version of Copilot.
After a lot of work, GPT4-Turbo replaced GPT-4 in the Copilot free tier. Pro users can still choose the older model if they want (there is a switch).
