The rumors – and the inevitable march of progress – say that AirPods 3 could launch at any moment. Some of these rumors, originating from semi-reliable Chinese site 52 Audio, say that Apple’s next-generation wireless earbuds will borrow many features from the AirPods Pro, perhaps even adding a noise-cancelling feature. So what could Apple add to the AirPods to make them better?
“A smaller stem on the wireless design without sacrificing quality would be a good start,” Caroline Lee, co-founder of CocoSign, told Lifewire via email. “And we still haven’t heard anything about water resistance or water resistance.”
