The Profiles menu is a common feature across streaming services that allows you to create different profiles on an account, making it easier for family members and friends to use the same account. If you want to add a new profile to your HBO Max, simply follow one of the guides below to get you started.

Open your HBO Max account in your desktop browser and click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Now click on 'Switch Profile' at the bottom of your screen.

You will now be taken to the screen to switch profiles on HBO Max. Click on 'Add adult' at the bottom of your screen if you want to create a new profile for an adult member, or click on 'Add kid' if you plan on creating a profile for an underage user.
