Sifu is a Beat’em Up game. So you have to be precise and careful because you can’t win battles by mashing buttons. Sifu is designed to have a skillful fighting system that rewards players who use different blocks and attacks instead of spamming. In such cases, it is important to have a good and consistent FPS. A single frame can mean life or death, but what happens when your FPS drops, what if it starts stuttering? Upon release, Sifu suffered from a few issues such as FPS drops and micro stuttering. This is bad and can hinder a player’s experience. In this guide, I will show you how to fix the FPS drops and stuttering issues in Sifu.
Games that fix stuttering in 15 seconds
There could be a lot of reasons why these issues are happening. The game could be having a problem or your gaming system could be having issues. The reasons are many but these solutions should fix them.
Restart Sifu and your gaming system. I know this seems like it won't do anything, but this is a tried and true solution. Most bugs and issues are fixed with a simple restart. Give it a try and your FPS drops, stuttering and micro stuttering in Sifu should be gone.
This is a PC exclusive step, so forgive me, my console players. To fix the FPS drops and stuttering issues, go to the location where Sifu was downloaded. It is as simple as opening the system, finding Sifu, right-clicking on it to go to Properties and then Local Files. Now right-click on the application file and select Properties. You will be greeted with the Properties window with 6 tabs. Select the one named Compatibility. Under that, check the option Disable fullscreen optimizations. This should fix the micro stuttering issues you have been having as well as the FPS drops issue.
