This article explains how to change Siri's voice and accent on devices running iOS 9 or later or iPad OS 13 or later.

Open Settings on your iPad.
The Siri Voice screen shows the options for Siri's voice. It currently supports "varieties" including American, Australian, British, Indian, Irish, and South African accents.
