How do you charge Oculus Quest 2 controllers?
The included controllers for the Quest and Quest 2 have a small eject icon in the plastic of each grip, roughly opposite the trigger button. This is the battery cover, and it holds a single AA battery. The included batteries for these controllers are alkaline and cannot be recharged.
To charge Meta (Oculus) Quest and Quest 2 controllers, you will need to replace these batteries with rechargeable batteries. Using a compatible battery charger, you will need to charge these batteries when they run out. For convenience, you may choose to purchase four batteries instead of two and leave two on the charger so they are always ready.
