This article explains how to access Gmail in Outlook for Microsoft 365, Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2013, and Outlook 2010.

To retrieve messages sent to your Gmail account in Outlook, you'll need to prepare Gmail and then Outlook. After you've enabled the IMAP settings you need to set up Gmail, you can set up the account in Outlook.

Open Outlook and go to File.

Select Add Account. The Add Account window opens.
