Dead by Daylight is better with friends by your side. But with players spread across PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and even mobile, working together can be tough. Thankfully, Dead by Daylight supports crossplay, allowing PC and console players to add each other as friends, leaving mobile users out of the equation.

Adding friends on the same platform is normally simple, but adding friends on multiple platforms in DBD requires a few extra clicks.
To add friends from other platforms to Dead by Daylight, you'll first need to launch the game on PC, PS5, or Xbox. Once you've launched the game, follow the steps below:
If you don't know your friend's ID in Dead by Daylight, instruct them to follow steps one and two as well. Their ID will be displayed at the top of the friends menu.
