Before we get into how to manage the tasks your villagers need to complete, it’s important to note that these workers are divided into two categories: Unassigned and Assigned. To assign workers in Manor Lords, players simply need to click on the building they’ve constructed and under the “General” tab, click the plus icon to add workers.
