To summon Blazamut Ryu, you'll need to collect all of the Blazamut Ryu Slab Fragments that you can find on Sakurajima Island. You can then take those slabs back to your crafting table and combine them to create the Blazamut Ryu Slab, which you can place in a Summoning Altar to begin the raid. Beware, though, because you're in for a devastating fight.
