HOW TO BLOCK EMAILS IN GOOGLE WORKPLACE? Block messages from an email address or domain name
Microsoft's email client makes it easy to block messages from a specific email address. However, if you're looking for a more comprehensive approach, you can stop receiving messages from all email addresses originating from a specific domain.
For example, if you are receiving spam emails from [email protected], you can easily set up a block for that one address. However, if you continue to receive messages from others such as [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], it would be wiser to block all messages coming from the domain, in this case "spam.net".
On the Home ribbon menu, select Junk E-mail in the Delete group, and then select Junk E-mail Options.
