Social media users are no strangers to bookmarking posts they like or want to revisit later. Whether it’s a favorite meme or a news story you don’t have time to read at the moment, bookmarking and saving posts is a feature that’s available on virtually every social media platform in one form or another. It wasn’t until recently, however, that Threads added this much-needed feature to the mix. Here’s how to get started bookmarking and saving posts on Threads.

Open Threads and tap the three dots icon next to the post you want to save. Then tap Save.

And just like that, your post is bookmarked and saved. Threads requires an extra step to save posts, making it a little less convenient for users used to X (Twitter) and Instagram, both of which have the option to bookmark posts on the main feed itself.
