You can purchase a Minicopter for 750 Scrap from the Bandit Camp merchant, Air Wolf, in Rust. Getting 750 Scrap can be tricky, but there are several ways to do it.

Scrap is a form of currency in Rust that can be used to purchase weapons, armor, and vehicles, such as the Minicopter and the Transport Helicopter (which can be purchased for 1250 Scrap from the same vendor as the Minicopter).

You can get it by destroying metal barrels and crates or by recycling specific items, such as gears and tech scrap, at a recycler.
