This article explains how to cancel Amazon orders. It covers situations where you accidentally purchase a product and want to cancel it immediately, as well as situations where the item has already shipped or been received, and where you purchased from an Amazon Marketplace seller.

Click the Orders button on the right side of the menu bar.

Click the Cancel Items button next to the order you want to cancel.

Choose a reason for cancellation (optional).
