Those who want to cancel their Xbox Game Pass subscription have a few different ways to do so. One of the easiest ways is to go to your account page via Microsoft's website.
Once you’re signed in to your Microsoft account, head to the Services & Subscriptions section, which is at the top of the website. Here you’ll see your various Microsoft subscriptions, including your Xbox Game Pass subscription.
To cancel your Xbox Game Pass subscription on the web, simply click Manage and then Cancel Subscription to close your Game Pass subscription. Microsoft will ask you to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription and will even offer any other optional subscriptions that you can switch to instead of canceling.
