Casting your entire desktop works well for relatively static items that aren’t running inside a web browser, so it’s ideal when presenting a slideshow or other desktop app. Make sure your Chromecast and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network, then open Chrome and follow these instructions:
Select the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome and choose Save & Share > Cast.
Click Source and then choose Cast Screen.
