If you don't like the look of your character in Once Human, you can change it in several ways, as long as you're willing to pay for it.

It's not ideal, and you'll need an item called a Chrysalis Token to begin the process of changing your character from what you have to what you want. However, if you're too far into the game and don't want to start over, this is the only way to change your character.
To get a Chrysalis Token in Once Human, press the Esc key to open the main settings menu and enter the shop.
Click on the Other option there and a Chrysalis Token will be available for 480 Crystgin, which costs around $7-8 to get one. There is no other way to get a Chrysalis Token other than buying it with real money.
