This article explains how to install a language, access language sync settings, and change your region in Windows 10.

To change the system default language, first close all running applications and make sure to save your work. If you only want to change the language for one device, first disable language syncing (see below for instructions).

Click on Time & Language.

Click the plus sign next to Add Language in the Preferred Languages section.
