This article explains how to change the cursor in Windows 11. You can adjust the mouse cursor in Settings, Control Panel, or Mouse Properties.

The built-in Settings app lets you adjust the size and color of the mouse pointer.

Select the Start menu in the Windows taskbar and open the Settings app. Search for it in the search bar if you don't see the icon.

Select Accessibility from the left sidebar.
