How to Easily Change Cursor Movement in Excel from Logical to Visual #Tutorial
By default, Microsoft Excel automatically moves the active cell marker, or cell cursor, down one cell when you press the Enter key on your keyboard. This is a default setting because this is how most users enter data. However, you may prefer to have your cursor move right, left, or up as you enter data. You may even prefer that it not move at all.
You can easily change the direction of the cursor movement in Excel for Windows.
Select the File tab on the ribbon to open the File menu.
