You can change the language or at least open the options for any piece of content at any time.

Select your content. For multilingual content, there is a button to toggle between what is available. If you don't see an option, click play to start streaming.

Select the "speech bubble" in the lower right corner to open a menu for audio options and subtitle options. You will also see a gear icon next to the words "Caption Settings."
