How to Change the Time on Fitbit
All Fitbit trackers are programmed to match the time on the device they’re synced to. However, if there’s a glitch and your Fitbit isn’t displaying the correct time, check that the time on the host device is correct and then manually sync your Fitbit to the paired iPhone, Android, or other device.
To manually sync your Fitbit with the paired device:
Turn on your Fitbit tracker and make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
