Interact with a tube in the Skin Tones area to change your model's skin tone. When you spawn in the dressing room for the catwalk in Dress to Impress, you'll likely be across from Lana's Salon. Turn left and you'll see four tubes with the words Skin Tones above them. The Skin Tones tubes are across from the Roboux items.
You can choose one skin tone from the pre-selected colors or enable the vitiligo option to choose up to three different skin tones. If you want to use a more customized skin tone, you can click on the color wheel to choose any color you want. You can also select from the palette, but you cannot use patterns.
If you want to create the illusion of tattoos with the pattern, you can choose a long sleeve top and use a pattern that looks like a tattoo and match the skin color with the background of the pattern.
