The adventurer and investor is Scrooge McDuck in Disney Dreamlight Valley. He is an avid explorer who has traveled the world and has also amassed much wealth.
Scrooge McDuck runs the only shop in the valley and is the one you need to talk to if you want to build new buildings, shops or stalls in your village. He has a seemingly endless supply of Star Coins and a changing collection of unique items that you can buy in his shop.
