This article explains how to change the email account that appears in the From field in Microsoft Outlook when you want to send an email from an account other than your default account. The instructions are for Outlook 2019, 2016, and 2013, and Outlook for Microsoft 365.
You can have several Outlook email accounts for different purposes, such as a business account, a school account, and an account for a volunteer organization. To specify the account from which you are sending the message:
In the New Message window, select From.
Select the desired account from the list. This is the account name that the recipient will see when they receive the email.
