The easiest way to clear the CMOS is to open the BIOS setup utility and select Restore BIOS settings to factory defaults.
The exact menu option in your specific motherboard's BIOS may vary, but look out for terms like reset to defaults, factory reset, wipe BIOS, load defaults, etc. Each manufacturer seems to have their own way of wording it.
