Jolan is one of the coolest characters in the Elden Ring DLC, even though her appearance is very brief. Players may be wondering how to progress her story and what the conclusion is, so here's how to complete Jolan's quest in Shadow of the Erdtree.

Jolan’s questline is directly tied to the Cathedral of Manus Metyr, and specifically Count Ymir. His quest takes players from one location to another, and also happens to involve Jolan and her ally Anna. In order to progress Jolan’s story, you’ll need to complete Count Ymir’s quest, and then you’ll have the option to complete her quest in two ways.

After fighting Jolan and Count Ymir, you will find Jolan lying on the ground, leaning against the same pillar she was standing in front of earlier. Approaching her and exhausting the dialogue will give the player two options: give Jolan the Iris of Occultation or Iris of Grace. Depending on your choice, you will receive either the Sword of Night or the Swordhand of Night Jolan Spirit Ash Summon. The two Irises can be found in the Shadow Keep, and I recommend picking them up first before continuing with Jolan's dialogue.
