When you finally arrive in Sacrament, things may be looking up for you in No Rest for the Wicked. However, not everyone is having a good day, and when you meet innkeeper Caroline, whose inn has burned down, her husband has disappeared.

She gives you a quest called The Innkeeper's Husband, and while you can't help her rebuild her inn, you can help her track down her husband. You'll need to head back to the coast, where you started No Rest for the Wicked, to find him. It won't be easy, but there are a few specific locations where you can search for him and find out what happened.
After accepting Caroline's quest, head to the southwestern part of the map and return to Mariner's Keep. You'll need to head to Shallow Shore, the starting area where you began your No Rest for the Wicked journey, for the next quest step.
I recommend interacting with the Cerim Whisper in the middle of Sacrament to unlock fast travel. Now, when you go to a Whisper, you can instantly return to Sacrament and fast travel to the previous Whisper. It makes getting around in No Rest for the Wicked a lot easier, especially since you have to go to the corner of the map for this quest.
