Samsung watches work best with Samsung Galaxy phones, but basic functionality is available with iPhones. If your watch is compatible with iOS, you can pair it with an iPhone using the Samsung Galaxy Watch (Gear S) app. Install that app and follow these steps to use your Galaxy watch with your iPhone:
Open the app and tap START THE JOURNEY.
Tap your watch in the list, for example Galaxy Watch 3.
