Chromebook: How to Connect (Extend Your Desktop) to Any TV or Computer Monitor with an HDMI Cable
For a wired solution, you’ll need an HDMI cable to see your Chromebook screen on a TV. If your laptop doesn’t have an HDMI port, you’ll need a USB-C adapter. Here’s how it works:
Plug one end of the HDMI cable into your Chromebook. If you're using an adapter, plug the cable into the adapter first, then plug the adapter into one of the USB-C ports on your Chromebook.
Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into your TV. Look for one or more HDMI ports on the back, bottom, or sides of the display.
