For many working professionals and creative artists, the Microsoft 365 suite is a crucial must-have in their arsenal of tools. You simply cannot do without the Office Suite that offers applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel to perform business and work-related activities. We also often use these applications side by side. Microsoft of course keeps these needs in mind and regularly updates its applications, especially the big ones like Word and PowerPoint. In a recent update, Microsoft 365 subscribers can now convert a Word document into a PowerPoint document.

While this is a very useful feature, it is currently only functional in the web version of Microsoft 365. It is very likely that the conversion feature will become available for the Desktop application version as part of an update that will arrive later. In the meantime, here is everything you need to know about converting a Word document to a PowerPoint slide.
Go to microsoft.com from your browser of choice and sign in to your Microsoft 365 account. If you are already signed in, skip the next two steps. To sign in to your Microsoft 365 account, click the Sign in button available at the top right corner of the page.
Enter your email address and password in the text box and then click the Sign In button.
