Creating Folders – Tips from an Experienced User
To create a folder, long press an app. Hold your finger on the app until you feel a slight feedback vibration and the screen changes.
Then drag the app onto another app to create a folder. This is the same as on iOS devices like the iPad and iPhone.
Unlike iOS, Android doesn’t provide a default name for new folders; it appears as an untitled folder. When a folder is untitled, nothing is displayed as the name of the app collection.
