There are plenty of great Google Chrome themes out there. However, it is possible to create your own Chrome theme. With the Google Theme Creator extension for Google Chrome, you can easily build and export your own themes from a simple graphical interface.

To customize Chrome using the Chrome Theme Creator tool:

Go to the Chrome Theme Creator page and select Add to Chrome.
