For those who don't know, being Weakened is an ailment, just like being Depressed in this game. However, these ailments are completely curable, so there's nothing to worry about. First of all, it is important to know how to identify a Pal with a weakened disease. You can know the status of the Pal by looking at the Base Info (the list of Pals working on the Base). You can also check it by going to the Pal screen.

Now for the remedy, you need High-Grade Medical Supplies. This medicine can be bought from a merchant by spending x3000 Gold. Anyway, if you can't find a merchant, it's better to make High-Grade Medical Supplies at your base. This can only be done if you have a Medieval Medicine Workbench.
