While depression can be prevented by providing comfort and relaxation, ulcers need to be treated with proper medication. Otherwise, it can be fatal for your Pals and you may end up losing them.

You will need medical supplies to cure a Pal suffering from ulcers in Palworld. Medical supplies can be purchased from Wandering Merchants after spending 800 gold. However, if you are not a fan of spending money, you can also craft it at your base. Make sure to build a Medieval Medicine Workbench first. This structure will unlock once you reach Technology Level 12. Once you have unlocked it, you will need to spend 30 wood, 5 nails, and 10 paldium fragments to install it at your base.

Now that you have the Medieval Medicine Workbench, go to it and craft the Medical Supplies. To craft it, you will need 3 Ingots, 3 Horns, and 1 Bone. Crafting should take a few seconds, and once it is done, you are all set to treat a Pal with Ulcers in Palworld.
