Palworld focuses more on active combat mechanics than status conditions. However, there are a number of ailments in the game that can prevent Pals from working at full capacity in your workca—er, base. Statuses like Overfull require you to know how to cure them to avoid performance degradation.

Luckily for players, Overfull is easily cured in Palworld.

Overstock can appear seemingly randomly in poor base conditions, with a Pal being listed as "insatiable" depending on its status. This means that its hunger will quickly decrease and it will start eating more while it is active in your base.

The Overfull status is one of the easier ones to treat, as you only need a little bit of common medicine to cure it from affected Pals. To fix Overfull in Palworld, you'll need to use Low Grade Medical Supplies on your Pals, which can be found when Pals drop in the wild or easily crafted via a Medieval Medicine Workbench.
