Typically, you want to remove a debuff as quickly as possible once you're afflicted with it. Depending on which ones you have on you, there are items that are specific to removing each status in the game. These are craftable, given the right combination of resources, and sometimes they'll naturally remove themselves.
I don't recommend using all but one though due to the weight restrictions in the game. More on that soon.
Drenched is a status effect that allows you to receive amplified negative effects from other sources in most cases. It is caused when you are doused with a certain type of water, such as a short dip in a lake. If it rains, you will also automatically be affected by Drenched.
