I got killed a few times by those statues until I figured out how they work and where to go. Here’s how to beat Spider Statues in Artois Manor or Kill It With Fire 2, along with maps of the floors so you don’t get lost!
Kill It With Fire 2 – All Morph Spiders – Artois Manor
There are a ton of fun challenges to complete in the game, but I definitely enjoyed the Spider Statue challenges the most. There are three in total, one on each floor of the Artois Manor map. To complete this challenge, you must keep looking at the statue. You can look away for a moment, but if you look away for too long, the statue will kill you. This is essentially a game of red light green light. I get turned around in normal circumstances, let alone when I'm being chased by a murderous statue. That's why I'm including a map here so that you and I don't get lost in the future.
