Gmail Keyboard Shortcuts: How to Select and Delete Emails
Select the email or emails you want to delete by checking the box to the left of each email in your Inbox or other Gmail mailbox. Press the keyboard shortcut Shift+3. That’s it. The emails are history.
You can also open an email first if you want to see what's in it, and then use the shortcut Shift + 3. Poof! It's gone.
Either way, you’ll see this message: Conversation moved to Trash. So if you make a mistake, you’ll know where to find an accidentally deleted email.
